i agree with the second answer that the dan hotel is an excellent top class hotel, but its a chain of hotels in israel and is not a boutique hotel.and neither is the king david hotel

I believe that boutique hotels offer a better experience than large chain hotels, like Dan hotel. From my point of view, the American Colony Hotel is not only the best boutique hotel in Jerusalem, but also one of the top boutique hotels in the Middle East.





Mitzpe Hayamim, in the north of Israel, is another great Israeli boutique hotel. Overlooking the golan heights and the sea of galilee, the hotel is located in a middle of fruit groves, herb and vegetable gardens.





In Tel Aviv, I prefer to stay in Cinema hotel or Center hotel. Those two beautiful boutique hotels are located at the heart of Tel Aviv on Dizengoff Circle.
I don't know from personal experience, can't afford to stay in them.
I can recommend you on Zimmers, these are simly rooms for rent, usually made of wood, some of them have jaccuzzis inside, they're luxurious and beautiful.


most of them are in the north or south of israel, so if you're gonna stay in the center you should go for regular hotels (and yes, the Dan hotels are wonderful!)
