My friends & I would like to stay in Baiyoke Boutique Hotel for coming vacation.?

Please advise whether this hotel is clean, safe %26amp; convenient? My friends %26amp; I would like to stay in Baiyoke Boutique Hotel for coming vacation.?
I know the hotel and it's not impressive, but for USD 30 you get a superb location if you are into shopping.

The hotel is located in the heart of the Pratunam Market and you are within walking distance from Central World and Panthip Plaza. Opposite Central World, you'll find another busy commercial/market area with small ';specialty'; restaurants, including one on roof top next to Klong San Sarb.

If you walk a bit further out Rachaprarop Road, you'll find excellent seafood (on side walk) and then (after the Esso ga station) Soi Rang Nam where there also is plenty of good restaurants - it used to be a place famous for Isan food.

Sukhumvit Road is for red lights, fake designer goods, and tacky souvenirs. My friends %26amp; I would like to stay in Baiyoke Boutique Hotel for coming vacation.?
I just got back from Bangkok on Monday and I stayed at the Baiyoke Suite hotel which is very near to Baiyoke Boutique Hotel. It is much cheaper and smaller that Baiyoke Suite but also very convenient. There are many shopping malls around walking distance and night markets too.

Yes, the hotel is safe and you don't have to worry as long as you don't wander into dark alley.

Rooms look good/ clean. If your using this hotel for a shopping location, you've selected well. 2 stars = $ 30.00 night

For entertainment , The Surkimvent ( spelling ) area is fun. Octopus travel.com and Asian rooms.com

Good luck!
below is the reviews i found from people who stayed they. it looks like a two star hotel, cheap and you get what you pay for.
It's not very clean, it's not very convenient, but it may be relatively safe.
