New boutique hotel in Goa?

I want to start a boutique hotel in Goa accommodating max. 25 guests with 5 star facilities(almost) and personalized services. I am doing research but not getting clear answers. Please suggest me the best beach for my location of hotel and also offer me consistent business. Is it the right time for it? Is the hotel industry in goa saturated? what's the idea of holiday for the domestic/international traveller for goa? My Room tarif between $40-$50 so will that be ok for the guests? Goa's main tourist district extends in North Goa from Baga to Fort Aguada. Most hotels are also based here.





Your idea is good and if ever u plan to take this to the next level, Candolim is the place you should be looking at.





A lot of hotels operate here but none like the one you are suggesting... more over if you plan to take over a place and do it up you have many options here...
